These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the tk9999 platform and all its services. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; before withdrawal, ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered. The welcome bonus is available only once per new account.

Various promotional offers are available regularly on tk9999. Each offer has its own eligibility, wagering requirements, and validity period:

Bonuses are not payable as cash under any circumstances. Whether multiple bonuses can be used together is stated in the terms of each specific offer. tk9999 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Misuse of the tk9999 bonus system is strictly prohibited. If claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, attempting to hack the system, or any fraudulent activity is detected, the relevant accounts will be closed and all bonuses and related winnings will be cancelled.

Odds on tk9999 are set in real time and may change at any time. If odds change after a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, tk9999 reserves the right to cancel that bet.

If a bet remains unsettled due to internet disconnection or a technical issue, tk9999 will make a decision based on its own records.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk9999:

• Attempting to artificially influence the outcome of any match or event
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Using any software or method to deceive the system
• Colluding with other users to place fraudulent bets
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activity

If such activity is proven, the account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

The tk9999 VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, up to 0.8% at Platinum, and up to 1.0% at Diamond. Cashback applies to weekly net losses.

The conditions for moving between VIP tiers are determined by tk9999. VIP program benefits are not permanent and tk9999 may change them at any time.
